The ultimate studded tire has been updated for 2021! The Ice Spiker Pro is now available with Schwalbe’s Tubeless Easy (TLE) Double Defense Raceguard construction. Tougher than ever, the Ice Spiker Pro Double-Defense delivers unbelievable winter grip while being durable enough to tackle rooty and rocky trails without issue. With up to 402 studs per tire (29×2.25” size) grip is assured even on completely frozen surfaces!
Also availalbe in a wire-bead Raceguard version, perfect for trail riding or light snow on uncleared roads.
In order to ensure that spikes are permanently fixed, tires should be run in for about 25 miles (40km) on asphalt, while avoiding any fast acceleration or heavy braking.
